Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Slight variations in texture, shape, or finish (these are natural characteristics of handmade pieces)
Your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
