HBC Bloom Bar at BOWS 2026: Our First Wedding Fair Weeken

Over the weekend, Haeng Bok Clay brought HBC Bloom Bar to BOWS 2026, and it marked a very special milestone for us.

It was our first wedding fair, our first time introducing the Bloom Bar in a wedding setting, and our first time letting couples experience this new floral keepsake concept in person.

After weeks of preparing tiny clay blooms, setting up mini vases, printing cards, packing redemption passes, and wondering if people would understand what this little idea was about, it was incredibly heartening to see guests stop, smile, ask questions, and lean in for a closer look.

Bringing HBC Bloom Bar to Life

The HBC Bloom Bar was created as an interactive floral keepsake station for weddings, intimate or event corporate events.

Instead of a typical wedding favour that guests simply pick up and bring home, the Bloom Bar invites them to take part in the process.

Guests get to choose from a curated selection of handmade polymer clay blooms, add little finishing touches, and bring home a mini bouquet keepsake from the celebration.

At BOWS, we displayed a selection of mini bloom arrangements, wedding package guides, colour palette ideas, and the full Bloom Bar setup so couples could better imagine how this experience could fit into their own wedding day.

A Little Floral Corner at Booth T16

Our booth, T16, became a small floral corner filled with tiny vases, soft colours, handcrafted blooms, and curious conversations.

Some visitors were drawn in by the mini bouquets. Others were surprised to learn that the flowers were made from polymer clay. Many asked if the blooms could match their wedding colours, whether it could work as a guest activity, and how the experience could be styled for solemnisation, receptions, or intimate celebrations.

Those conversations were meaningful because they helped us see how couples were imagining the Bloom Bar for their own weddings.

It was not just about giving guests something pretty. It was about creating a moment.

A little pause during the celebration.
A small hands-on experience.
A keepsake that feels personal.

Mini Bloom Bar Experiences

For the wedding fair, Haeng Bok Clay also offered limited mini Bloom Bar redemptions each day.

Guests were invited to experience the HBC Bloom Bar booth and discover how the floral keepsake station works. Guests with a valid redemption coupon got to build and walk away with their own mini clay bouquet keepsake, choosing from a curated selection of handmade polymer clay blooms in soft, wedding-inspired colours.

For those who did not have a redemption coupon, the booth still offered a chance to view the setup, browse the bloom samples, and understand how HBC Bloom Bar can become part of a wedding celebration.

This gave couples a meaningful preview of how the Bloom Bar can work as a wedding favour, guest activity, or reception highlight.

What We Loved Most

One of the most encouraging parts of the weekend was seeing people react to the tiny details.

There were many “so cute” moments, many close-up photos, and many questions about how each bloom was made. Some visitors were surprised by how small and delicate the pieces were, while others immediately started imagining colours for their wedding theme.

As a handmade brand, moments like these matter. Every little bloom is shaped by hand, and every display takes time to prepare. Seeing people notice the details made all the late nights worth it.

A New Chapter for Haeng Bok Clay

HBC Bloom Bar started as a small idea: a wedding favour that could feel more personal, more interactive, and more meaningful.

BOWS 2026 gave us the chance to bring that idea out into the real world.

It was a weekend of learning, adjusting, explaining, sharing, and connecting. It reminded us that weddings are not only about big centrepieces or grand details. Sometimes, the smallest keepsakes can hold the sweetest memories.

To everyone who visited our booth, scanned our QR code, picked up a card, asked a question, built a mini bouquet, or simply paused to admire the blooms, thank you.

HBC Bloom Bar has officially bloomed, and this is just the beginning.
