At Haeng Bok Clay, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and curated with care and intention. Because of the nature of handmade items, each creation is unique, and we hope you’ll love your piece as much as we loved making it.
That said, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Each piece is handmade in small batches, and for hygiene reasons, especially for earrings, we are unable to restock returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please email us at haengbokclay@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund
Handmade Nature
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted, so slight variations in shape, colour, and detail may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of what makes every piece uniquely yours.
Lost Parcels
Haeng Bok Clay is not responsible for parcels lost during shipping.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
